The product problem

People use AI across ideas, projects and personal organisation, but the work is often fragmented across separate conversations. Context gets lost, and an apparently familiar assistant can drift into making judgements it is not equipped to make.

Mojo OS explores a persistent environment in which a familiar interface connects the user to purpose-specific functions.

The important separation

Mojo provides continuity and personality. Specialist functions handle substantive analysis. A consistent voice should help someone navigate their work without becoming a substitute for the right expertise.

The initial idea-assessment experience lets a person capture a thought quickly and move into deeper review when the question warrants it. The user should not have to manage the internal orchestration to obtain an appropriate level of analysis.

The product judgement

Depth has a cost: time, attention and computation. Applying the same elaborate process to every idea would make the product harder to use. The design therefore aims to match analytical effort to the significance of the question while preserving continuity across the person’s projects.

The core application and specialist interaction model are substantially developed. Current work is focused on the shared personality layer and the transitions between specialist functions. I am not claiming validated improvements in users’ productivity or decision quality.
